Registration Information and Policies

Students are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with full payment required for confirmation of enrollment. Many instructors and students travel to Tucson for classes so it is strongly encouraged that you register two months in advance to avoid cancellations.

To Register

Please complete the following registration form, indicating your choice of classes and payment method. Indicate if you are becoming a new member. All registration forms must include a method of payment to reserve your spot. Please note: payments will not be deposited until SGAA is certain the class has enough students to run any class.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. E-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.

  • 100% refund thirty days prior to class start date
  • Full tuition will be forfeited after one month before class start date

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for providing make-ups or issuing refunds, credits or transfers for sessions missed as a result of illnesses, emergencies or other events beyond our control.

Class Cancellations/Schedule Changes

Sonoran Glass Art Academy reserves the right to cancel a class on the basis of insufficient enrollment or due to circumstances beyond its control. Full refunds will be made within 30 days for classes canceled by the Academy. Sonoran Glass Art Academy reserves the right to change its calendar, withdraw or modify a course or substitute instructors at any time. It also reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the school environment, without refund of tuition.

Student Safety Information

Glass art classes involve working in and around a high temperature environments with specialized equipment. Students must be focused and committed to following all safety instruction and guidance by the instructors and staff. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication that may affect your physical performance, please consult with your physician regarding possible risks to your health. A full refund will be given, upon receipt of a doctor's notice, if it is determined you should not participate in classes once you have enrolled.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for full payment or for a specific monetary amount that can be applied by the receiver for any class they prefer. Certificates are transferable, but non-refundable, and expire with 15 months of purchase date. Call our office at 520-884-7814 for more information.
