This is not a glass class, but a class for learning how to wrap your pendants or large beads in intricate metal embellishments. Wire wrapping experience necessary.
Students with some wire wrapping experience will learn how to weave and wrap 4 wires into 3 patterns, incorporate 3 copper spacer beads, and create a bail with surrounding for the whole bead. Students will need to provide a bead or 2 for wrapping, or purchase one at the Sonoran Glass School. A round shape is simplest for this workshop. If you have a bead larger than .75 inches, the bead should be flat on the back (if possible) and have a hole no larger than a 3/32 mandrel.
