You are cordially invited to the Sonoran Glass Art Academy's Fifth Annual Art Glass Auction, our largest fundraiser of the year.
Your attendance and support help us to maintain and upgrade our facility and equipment so that we can continue to offer quality
educational experiences. As the only glass art auction in Arizona, this is a unique opportunity to collect the work of fabulous
artists, while supporting the best glass art school in the southwest.
Please join us at 6:45 p.m. as we raise our glasses to honor Dr. Maurice Sevigny, Dean of Fine Arts at the University of Arizona,
School of Fine Arts. Dr. Sevigny's advocacy of the view that glass as a medium extends beyond that of craft and into the realm of
fine art, has been essential, not only to the success of the Sonoran Glass Art Academy, but to Arizona glass artists as well.
For over ten years he has supported us all, spiritually and financially, by attending our auctions, our gallery openings, and
promoting glass art education.
