What is the Bead-a-thon? Working in teams, 50 lampworking artisans will work for 24 hours at flaming torches to create one-of-a-kind glass art beads to benefit children coping with cancer and other serious illness. Each bead created over the two-day bead making marathon will go directly to children who receive the Beads of Courage Program nationwide.
