Studio Rentals
As part of our educational mission, SGAA's facilities including the hot shop, flame shop and warm shop (when open) are available for studio rental to glass artists and students that meet our qualifications. A monitor is required for all rental time. Private, one on one instruction is also available. Rental time is not intended for production or commercial use and can only be scheduled between regularly scheduled programming. For rates and scheduling, please call the office at 520-884-7814.
Rental Rules
A.

Full payment is due BEFORE the session; no exceptions. Complete rental form, sign safety release and submit with payment. Rental time must be reserved in advance. No walk-in appointments. Rental time is available based upon class schedules, availability of instructors and confirmation by the Director. |

B.

Rental session will be cancelled after 30 minutes, without refund of payment. Plan to be on time. |

C.
|
Students provide their own color and cane. Please do not use SGAA resources budgeted for classes. |

D.
|
Friends and guests are not allowed to assist unless approval has been authorized in advance by SGAA staff. |

E.
|
Renters will be charged for the replacement of any equipment damaged. Costs will be paid in full before any further studio use is authorized. |

F.
|
No smoking is permitted inside the building at anytime. |
| |

G.
|
Drugs and alcohol are strictly forbidden in our facility. Anyone found to be under the influence of either will be immediately asked to leave and will forfeit any and all future rental privileges. No exceptions! |

H.
|
A $25.00 clean-up fee will be charged to renters if the studio is not left the way it was found. |
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full costs, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, will be refunded only with a 24 hour notice.
