Bio
Josh Mazet has been working in art and art education for almost 20 years. A BFA graduate of the University of Oregon he was the resident artist and instructed the wood fire pottery program. His ceramics skills and knowledge led him to a position in a production glass blowing shop. He has always felt that clay and glass are exciting mediums to work in, having similar properties, yet contrasting. He is responsible for initiating both of his brothers into glass and partnering with them to form the family glass business. Josh has developed his own line of glass and travels cross country teaching, attending glass events and creating custom pieces. He continues to work in ceramics whenever he can find the time.
